Meet Rod Schultz

Rod Schultz is an Edmonton local welder with over 40 years of experience in the welding industry. Starting at a young age with working with his father, his passion became a career when he became a licensed welder in 1982. Rod’s welding expertise is not limited to one type of metal and he has experience working with a large number of metals and exotic metals (brass, titanium, etc.). Rod has also worked as a helicopter pilot in Canada and overseas for over 30 years and has mixed his two passions by fashioning his own metal helicopter accessories. Through the years Rod has been active in both industries and has a keen interest in innovations and new technologies in both the welding and helicopter worlds.
